Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath with Jenn

From 6:30-8pm, indulge in 45 minutes of gentle yoga and a 45 minute sound bath. Starting with grounding and breathwork, then easing into a gentle practice you will find your way back home to the body. After gently moving the body, enjoy an immersive listening experience to soothe and relax your mind, body and soul.
This full-body experience uses different sounds and frequencies to invite deep relaxation and rest.
With the use of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, sea and wave drums, monochord, harmonium and voice, Jennifer invites you to go within and find a deeper sense of calm.

Mid Autumn Restorative Immersion

Do you ever want to escape all the doing and noise? Take a two hour break from your constant busyness and stress in a class focused on restorative practices. Allow space for being rather than doing. By allowing the body to rest, we allow the body to heal.
Together we will gather in the quiet of autumn with intention setting allowing ourselves to slow down through light movement, restorative poses and soothing breathing techniques.
Practice letting go into your natural silence and feel every part of you soften into the present moment.
About Charlotte
Charlotte started practicing yoga during her time in China. Once she moved to California she quickly became a certified teacher to deepen her practice. She specialized in Restorative and Kids Yoga. She especially loves creating a space for people where they can slow down without feeling any guilt. Over the years she has continued her training and admires Restorative Yoga Queen Judith H. Lasater's beautiful approach to yoga and language.
Off the mat, she loves a good dance party with her kids and friends and spends as much time on the trails as possible.

Rebalance and Restore: Yin Yoga & Acupuncture with Sound Bath with Sheila and Tatiana

This thoughtfully curated event blends the meditative stillness of yin yoga to open the body, the harmonizing energy of acupuncture to support your seasonal transition, and the immersive calm of a sound bath to quiet the mind.
Rooted in ancient healing practices, this experience is designed to anchor you in balance and presence - offering a much-needed pause before the pace of the holidays begins.
Come unwind, realign, and return to yourself.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing so Sheila can easily access your legs and elbows. All participants will need to fill out an acupuncture waiver at the beginning of the workshop.
About Sheila: Sheila Shahmirza is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and received her masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine from AIMC Berkeley. She offers personalized treatments of acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine along with other modalities to address underlying imbalances to bring your body into a state of ease. She specializes in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, women’s health, fertility and emotional wellbeing.
About Tatiana: Tatiana Stollman is a wellness professional who integrates different disciplines such as yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), nutrition, personal training, women's health, prehab and rehab conditioning, youth exercise and senior fitness to assist others to live their best possible lives. She is the founder of Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub in Alameda.

Reiki and Flow: Slow Yoga and Reiki

Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop that blends the healing energy of Reiki with the restorative flow of Yoga. Led by Reiki Master Liz Strickland and Svastha Yoga Hub founder Tatiana Stollman, this 2-hour session invites you to unwind through a slow yoga flow guided by Tatiana’s warm approach. As you open your body’s energy pathways, Liz’s Reiki energy deepens relaxation and helps release energetic blocks.
Suitable for all levels, this supportive space allows you to honor your limits while nurturing inner calm, leaving you refreshed, centered, and connected to your highest self.
The workshop will begin with a quick teaching on Reiki and a guided meditation, followed with a gentle yoga flow and concluding with Liz sending Reiki (aka universal life force energy) to each student and Tatiana offering optional adjustments in savasana.
All levels welcome, no prior experience required.
