Where do I start?

If you are new to yoga we highly recommend that you first read the class descriptions so you get to learn what each session is about and what to expect when you go. You can find the class descriptions under "Offerings" on the menu. All classes are listed beginning on Sunday as they follow the way they are presented on the "Calendar" page.

If you are familiar with yoga then either go via the "Offerings" page or go directly to the "Calendar" page and book from there.
​
In any situation, please email us if you have any questions at all. We are happy to assist you and guide you the best possible way.
​
Please note hat all of our instructors know how to take care of you if you are new to yoga or have done it just for a little while. Please tell them that you are new.

Signing up for a session
You can sign up for a class two main ways:

1. One way is by going to the Calendar page and finding a class that works for you. You can filter by type of class or by instructor. Select the class that you would like to take and click on "Book." Then, enter the information that is requested, and select a payment option from the drop down menu - a package, a membership or a drop in. Continue to check out.
​
2. Another way sign up for a class is by going to the Offerings menu item. This opens a page which lists just about everything we offer on the calendar: classes, series, wellness services, and more. You can select from the different categories available (Yoga, Pilates, etc.), and then click on "Read More" where you will find the class descriptions. Once you find the session that you would like to take, click "Join" which will take you to the Calendar page. Use the right-pointing arrow to find sessions in upcoming weeks. ​
The calendar shows the sessions for the upcoming week when viewed on a large screen or for the current day when viewed on a mobile device. You can scroll forward with the right-pointing arrow.
Where do I see the class descriptions?
Go to the Offerings page and click on "Read More" in the class you are interested in.
Is it OK to come if I am new to Yoga?
Absolutely yes! Yoga is for everyone. We welcome you as you are. Be patient with yourself. Yoga is a journey in which we encounter others who are at different points along the way, some have been doing yoga for a long time and seem to do it with ease and some just started. Do not worry the slightest about it! This is your time and your practice! Honor that.

Our instructors will offer different variations to the poses practiced so you can choose the one that suits your needs. Whatever you do, always listen to your body.
​
To make it easier to find, we have added "🖤 Beginner Friendly" to the sessions that
"I am not good at Yoga."
We hear this all the time. We also hear that people feel that they are not flexible enough to do yoga. Please don't worry about it, as yoga is for everyone and over time will make you feel "good" at it, stronger and more flexible inside out. "Practice and everything will come" said Pattabhi Jois (founder of Asthanga Yoga). So practice with us, and everything will come.
So where do I start?
We recommend that you start with the "New Members Only - 5 sessions" package for $50. You have two months to take those 5 sessions.

After the 5-session pack, you can get the "New Member First Month Special" for $75. This package will allow you to take a full month of unlimited yoga! Some people want to take many classes per week so they start with the New Member First Month Special" for $75.
