Description
Join us for a relaxing, heartwarming yoga class designed to help you tap into a sense of gratitude and appreciation. Through gentle, grounding Hatha yoga poses, we’ll focus on connecting more deeply with the present moment and recognizing all the wonderful things in our lives. As we flow through each pose, we’ll open our hearts to feelings of gratitude for our bodies, our breath, and the simple beauty around us. This class is a chance to slow down and reflect on what we're thankful for. This practice will leave you feeling calm, centered, and connected to the spirit of Thanksgiving. The practice will include mindful breathing, soothing stretches, and easy movements to help release tension and create space for relaxation.
