Description

Come home to yourself in this midday Slow Flow. Connecting breath with movement, we will focus on meeting yourself on the mat in the present moment. This class utilizes many tools of yoga including breathwork, proper alignment and dynamic sequencing to find a balance between sthira and sukha (effort and ease). Continue on with the rest of your day feeling more centered and calm in a fast paced, high tech world. Open to all levels in a non-competitive and inclusive environment. The use of props is recommended.
